A former teacher and coach with over 20 years of experience helping others achieve their goals, Jon Poole brings a rare combination of empathy, leadership, and precision to the world of real estate. For the past six years, he has applied that same passion and dedication to guiding clients through the home buying and selling process with honesty, clarity, and expertise. Now in his seventh year as a trusted real estate professional, Jon has found that while the classroom and the closing table may look different, the core values remain the same: serve others well, listen closely, and go above and beyond to help people realize their full potential, whether it’s finding the perfect home or maximizing the value of a sale.

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, she brings a high level of organization, discretion, compliance awareness, and calm problem-solving to every aspect of the business. Her background supporting patients, providers, and complex operations in high-responsibility environments helped shape her systems-driven mindset, leadership abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
As Operations Manager, Haili helps oversee the day-to-day structure and functionality of the team, supporting internal systems, workflow management, communication, and operational efficiency across the business. She also plays a key role in the team’s marketing and social media efforts, helping execute listing promotions, digital campaigns, and brand content that connect with the community and showcase properties at a high level.
In her role as Transaction Coordinator, Haili manages the contract-to-close process with precision and care, ensuring timelines are met, documents are accurate, and clients experience a smooth, well-managed transaction from start to finish.
At her core, Haili is passionate about helping people navigate significant life decisions with clarity and confidence. Her steady presence, operational leadership, and heart for service make her an essential part of the team’s mission to deliver service beyond the transaction.

Lindsey Burch is the Transaction Coordinator and Assistant for Jon Poole & Partners Real Estate Group. With a professional background spanning real estate lending, customer success, sales, and operations, she brings exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. She is passionate about creating seamless experiences behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is handled with care while supporting both clients and agents throughout the buying and selling process.
Before joining the team, Lindsey built her career in the mortgage and technology industries, where she developed expertise in managing complex transactions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments. Her experience has strengthened her ability to solve problems proactively, communicate effectively, and keep even the busiest workflows running smoothly.
A Reno native, Lindsey is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and proud boy mom to her son, Wyatt, who keeps life fun, adventurous, and full of laughter. She is also an avid CrossFit athlete who enjoys setting goals, embracing challenges, and living a healthy, active lifestyle. Those same qualities of discipline, resilience, and dedication carry over into her work every day.
