With over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, she brings a high level of organization, discretion, compliance awareness, and calm problem-solving to every aspect of the business. Her background supporting patients, providers, and complex operations in high-responsibility environments helped shape her systems-driven mindset, leadership abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
As Operations Manager, Haili helps oversee the day-to-day structure and functionality of the team, supporting internal systems, workflow management, communication, and operational efficiency across the business. She also plays a key role in the team’s marketing and social media efforts, helping execute listing promotions, digital campaigns, and brand content that connect with the community and showcase properties at a high level.
In her role as Transaction Coordinator, Haili manages the contract-to-close process with precision and care, ensuring timelines are met, documents are accurate, and clients experience a smooth, well-managed transaction from start to finish.

Her background as a teacher, private nanny, and experience in the service industry have shaped her ability to stay organized, adaptable, and attentive while supporting people through important moments in their lives. Having lived in Oregon, New York, California, and Adelaide before settling in Reno, Emily values connection, community, and the unique experiences that shape each person’s story.
Her diverse background has given her the ability to connect with people from all walks of life while bringing a calm, supportive presence to fast-paced environments.
